This isn't the first time I see this turkish Egea modified for circuits. I have found more videos about it and they claim it has 180 hp and 550 Nm which I think it's a lot. I have no idea what engine is, but they added at least one turbo.

I mean it's powered with a Diesel engine.

This are Videos from the turkish Egea Club, Fiat launches a lot of Events for the EGEA Fans. Its a Diesel Engine, because Gasoline is very expensive in Turkey, so they use Diesel.
A Friend from Turkey drives this Car during the Event, he was very impressed! -

A Friend from Turkey drives this Car during the Event, he was very impressed!I suspected that. That huge amount of torque couldn't be from a gasoline engine, also, you can see black smoke coming from the exhaust when they floor it.

Yes, you´re right, it is diesel engine. The normal diesel engine doesn´t show black smoke from exhaust, I think it is because of the big ammount of extra power.
