Thrills on the greens and on the track at the final of the Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge

• A weekend of competition and elegance set the seal on the Alfa Romeo brand's love affair with golf.
• On Saturday, the Castelconturbia Golf Club hosted the final of the Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge.
• On Sunday, all participants test-drove the Stelvio, Giulia and 4C on the Balocco (Vercelli) circuit: uncompromising performance and immense driving pleasure, in total safety.
• The competition will be renewed in 2018 with forty events right across Europe.

This weekend, the Castelconturbia Golf Club at Agrate Conturbia (Novara) provided the backdrop for the international final of the Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge, the thrilling event that embodies the essence of two premium worlds. Alfa Romeo and golf share values of passion, sporty style, good taste and performance, all expressed to their highest levels in the setting of Europe's most exclusive greens.
Between a swing and a putt, guests were able to test-drive Stelvio, the first SUV in Alfa Romeo's history, Giulia, the most genuine expression of the brand's identity and 4C, a sporty soul raised to the highest power.
The final involved the 29 winners of the Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge stages held in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, in a weekend rich in spectacular shots and stunningly precise trajectories. This same precision was on view when the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Giulia and 4C took to the Balocco circuit, enabling guests to enjoy uncompromising performance and immense driving pleasure, in total safety. Stelvio, the first SUV in the brand's over a century of history, has rewritten the rules for its class by setting new performance benchmarks; Giulia is the sports sedan where functional and dynamic beauty combine to achieve peerless performance; and 4C incarnates the sporty essence embedded in the Alfa Romeo DNA, in terms of breath-taking looks, technical excellence and performance.
The very popular Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge will be repeating the same formula for the new golfing season but will grow to forty events, again in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Spannung auf dem Rasen und auf dem Asphalt beim Finale der Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge

Ein Wochenende im Piemont voll Wettbewerb und Eleganz beendete die Saison. Nach den Runden auf dem Golfplatz von Castelconturbia fuhren die 29 Teilnehmer Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Alfa Romeo Giulia und Alfa Romeo 4C auf dem Testgelände von Balocco. Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge geht 2018 mit rund 40 Veranstaltungen in ganz Europa in die nächste Runde.

Auf der prächtigen Anlage des Golfclub Castelconturbia am Südende des Lago Maggiore fand der erste Teil des Finales der Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge statt. Im zweiten hatten die insgesamt 29 Teilnehmer die Gelegenheit, in verschiedenen Modellen von Alfa Romeo auf der werkseigenen Teststrecke im wenige Kilometer entfernten Balocco schnelle Runden zu drehen. Die Golfer hatten Spaß im Alfa Romeo Stelvio, dem ersten SUV in der über 100-jährigen Historie der Marke, in der Sportlimousine Alfa Romeo Giulia und im Supersportwagen Alfa Romeo 4C.
Zum Finale im Piemont trafen sich die Sieger der nationalen Alfa Romeo Golf Challenges aus Deutschland, Italien, Frankreich, Spanien und Großbritannien. Sie erlebten ein Wochenende mit präzisen Schlägen und gezirkelten Ideallinien. Bravour bewiesen die Teilnehmer dabei nicht nur am Golfschläger, sondern auch am Lenkrad der sportlichen Alfa Romeo. Das Testgelände von Balocco bot dabei das sichere Umfeld, die überlegenen Fahrleistungen von Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Alfa Romeo Giulia und Alfa Romeo 4C auch im Grenzbereich auszuloten.
Die Alfa Romeo Golf Challenge wird 2018 fortgesetzt. Geplant ist eine Erweiterung auf insgesamt
40 Veranstaltungen, wiederum in Deutschland, Italien, Frankreich, Spanien und Großbritannien.
